You've been doing great! Here's a new puzzle for this week. If you play week after week, your prizes grow. Here's what you'll get for playing ~ besides a free brain workout * Solve one puzzle during the month ~ receive these numerals! * Solve a 2nd puzzle during the month ~ receive a $1 coupon to my store. * Solve a 3rd puzzle during the month ~ receive a $2 coupon to my store. * Solve a 4th puzzle during the month ~ receive a $3 coupon to my store! The set of numerals we're sending you this month for solving Fun Funky Mystery Math Puzzles match my new Cute Stuff in Red page kits ~ part 1 and part 2. Let's see you all come out and play right away and grab these numerals while you can!! ![]() Here's how you play. Just figure out the one right answer to the puzzle, send a PM to imangel with the right answer, and she'll send you a link to a zip file which includes a full set of numerals 0-9. The file is password protected, so she'll give you the password, too. Click *HERE* for basic information. For this puzzle, you might want to read *MY HINTS PAGE* and brush up on your divisibility rules. Try writing 5 lines on your paper and putting possible numbers under each. Mark out numbers as you go ‘til you get the answer. Check THIS out to see what I mean. Clues: It is a five-digit whole number. It is an odd number. The tens digit and the ones digit are the same. It is divisible by 3 but not by 9. The hundreds digit is twice the ones digit. The ten thousands digit is three times the hundreds digit. The thousands digit is one less than the ten thousands digit. When you figure it out, send imangel a Private Message with your answer. Do not reveal the answer in this thread as that will end the game for the week. This puzzle will go through the week, and I'll put up another one next weekend. Play each week! Oh, if you do use the Fun Funky Numerals in a LO, please post it in our gallery and put a link back here. We'd all love to see what you're making, and we don't want to miss a layout! Angel and I hope all of you come back to play each week, and send your friends here as well! Let's sharpen those brain cells while we have fun AND get a little reward in the process! |
