Upload link is nowhere to be found

I can't seem to upload any layouts because there's no upload link anywhere in the gallery site :( I'll appreciate any help!

Ok I see it to. Did you look when you click on gallery you see the my photo's and my favorites? In that little box thing look all the way over to the right. That is where it is for me. Hope that helps you!

Hey I just thought of something. Have you tried logging out and then logging back in? I had to do that and it fixed my problems.
