I think its the magic 31 that gets them for you. Once everyone posts the 31st time, they are right in , lol.

Actually, the magic number is anywhere from 1 second to 60 seconds. The forums updates user permissions between 1 second and 60 seconds... so if you still are unable to download after 5 minutes, pm me.

This is June again!! I am still unable to download any kits and I have over 30 post. It comes up saying "Certain entries on this site may only be available to priviledged usergroups" !

Some please help!
