This will be the first layout I have posted. I'm almost ready but don't want to do it wrong.
Is it OK to post a layout that you've made with a kit you've purchased or downloaded from another site? As long as you give credit, can you post layouts that use elements from wherever you want?
Thanks!

Yes, that's exactly the way to do it -- any elements, backgrounds, etc. can be used from anywhere for your layouts - just be sure to give proper credit to the designer(s) but don't use links.
Good example: background - Linda Monthei, Gotta Pixel
Bad example: background - Linda Monthei, www.gottapixel.net (http://www.gottapixel.net)
This link gives you specific "how-to" directions for uploading - make sure filesize is under 150kb. http://www.gottapixel.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1385
HAVE FUN!! ;D

Thanks for the information. I was just getting ready to ask the same questions and I see you've already asked it. Cheers.
