color scheme

I was wondering how u guys choose color scheme, do u use a special program, do anybody has a link to web site that let u pick color scheme? I read in a book that for digital scrapbooking u can't use the regular color wheel ( that paper scrapbookers use) because its not based on RGB colors. So I'd epriciate yr help. Thnx

I tend to see colors that really draw me into a pic, and I use those colors. Sometimes I will be out and see a piece of clothing or a piece of scrapbook paper and that inspires me too. Thats when you know you are truly addicted--when everything you see is a potential color scheme !!

Wow, thank for the links. I have one of those manual color wheels for my oil paintings and a different one for my water color paintings. I really like the ones you've provided much much better. I know I will be using them a lot! Thanks again
