Maybe not a PS question at all...

Hi!I have a beginner tutorial from I don't know where (copied it when I first started downloading stuff and didn't know to note which site). Anyway....
The tutorial starts by saying 'Open PSE and the winzip file side by side'.
How do I do this? I mean - this is two windows probably but I don't know how to get them on screen at the same time.

I minimize all windows, then click on the 2 windows I want to view side by side. Then, I right click on the bar along the bottom (where all the windows are listed) and choose "Tile Windows Vertically", that should do it! You could size the windows manually, but this is quicker for me.
