PSP to photoshop

Does anyone know whether there is an easy way to convert psp images to photoshop? Someone pointed out a great kit, but it is psp...

It might be worth contacting the kit designer and asking about this. She's really restricting her sales by not using standard file types - and she may not have even realized that she wasn't saving things in the correct format.

I know that I've created kits in PSE and saved pieces as Photoshop files when I really meant them to be .pngs.

this is a problem I have as well - surely there must be some way that they can be converted??? There are lots of clever people out - there I bet someone knows how? I'd really love to know.
