Ready for a new puzzle? ^-^ Solve this and win my Pumpkin Kisses numerals!

If you've been playing a while and know the difficulty level I've been using and would like to try your hand at making up some Fun Funky Mystery Number puzzles, please PM them to me. You'll find me under Kathryn Estry, my new married name. :)
Here's how you play. Just figure out the one right answer to the puzzle, send a PM to imangel (http://www.gottapixel.net/forum/private.php?do=newpm&u=3454) with the right answer, and she'll send you a link to a zip file which includes a full set of numerals 0-9.

For this puzzle, you might want to read my hints page and brush up on your divisibility rules.
Note on Prime Numbers ~
The definition on the hints page has been updated: "A prime is a number greater than one that is only divisible by itself and one." The number 1 isn't considered a prime any longer. If you're into math want to read the nitty gritty about it, here's an interesting explanation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prime_number
Remember if you figure it out, send imangel a Private Message with your answer. Do not reveal the answer in this thread as that will end the game for the week. This puzzle will go through the week, and I'll put up another one next weekend.

It is a six digit whole number.
It is divisible by 5.
It is not divisible by 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, or 9.
Three of its digits are prime numbers.
Its hundreds digit is one less than its ones digit.
Its thousands digit is one greater than its ones.
Its thousands digit is three less than its hundreds-thousands digit.
Its ten-thousands digit is three less than its thousands digit.
