Desaturating

I've been a PSP8 user for a few years now, and I still can't figure out how to desaturate a picture in PSP, does anyone know how to? I can greyscale a picture, but I think that's slightly different...

If I remember right, its Adjust/Color/Hue,Saturation and lightness. Slide the Hue and Sat ones till you get the desired look.

try: Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize ...
then set both sliders to 0 (zero)
