Ribbon going through a hole -

Can someone explain how I can make ribbon go realistically through a hole in a tag? Thank you!

I read a post some time back but cant remember where it was. and of coarse I don't know how, but whoever it was, said something about liquifing the layer and stretching and drawing it up until it had the right shape. maybe this will give ones a hint who know about how to use PSE
