Please HELP!!! Question about chat

Hi folks... I am a new member (just signed up today) and I want to come to the School days crop... however when I click on CHAT, I get a message that reads INCORRECT NAME OR PASSWORD... I am signed in, so I don't understand what's wrong... please help!!!

You need to sign into chat even if you are signed in on the site. Should be (I believe) your same log-on as for the site.

It won't allow me to sign in... Don't tell me I can't get into chat on this MAC (I'm at work)...

Can you tell me what is happening when you try to log in ? If you are getting an error, we need exactly what it says please.

so what I removed everything after the .php and got in no problem!!
