Stitches

This may not be the best place to post this, but I am having trouble trying to create straight stitches in PS Elements 4. Can somebody help me with this?

I know this is for PS CS 2, but if you play with it, it will work in PSE, good luck :) (It's written by our own Fortissimo, so it's very good and easy to follow!)
