I just came from the gallery and have seen the most coolest layouts ever. I just wonder where everyone learns to do these and all the neat effects.
Is there tutorials? I have seen tutorials on how to make papers, elements etc. but haven't found any tutorials on how to do layouts and page effects.
Is there such a thing?

There are some tutorials on shadows and such, but the best way to learn is to participate in the challenges. Each challenge will help you learn new things and to do things that you might not have done before.

A great one to start with is Brenda's Blueprints. She gives you a sketch and you create a LO based on the basic idea of the sketch. The more challenges you do, the better you get!

There are many challenges to select from, and you can even check the ones that are "over" for more learning power!

When I first started I wondered the same thing. I am still learning. But Practice, Practice Practice. You will learn new things and get better. And I agree with Paula. Do the challenges! You learn lots of stuff doing those!
