1. Open up a new 12x12, 300 dpi file.
2. Click your default color button to set it back to black and white.

3. Filter>Render> Clouds

a. To find a pattern you like, you can continue to click Ctrl > F
4. Filter > Pixelate > Crystallize
a. Play around with the slider until you get a desired look

5. Filter > Stylize > Find Edges
a. This will flip the whole image into white on black with cool looking fibers.

6. Now place this layer over your LO and reduce the opacity until you get the look you want.

7. When saving, you can save it as a jpg file because it isn’t transparent until you play with the opacity. I like to save it at 100% so I can play around again and again on different images.
