Font Fever Challenge # 14 - 6/8/06-7/7/06

Hello again, I hope you've got your creative juices flowing because its time for another Font Fever Challenge. Number 14, to be exact! :-) This time around, I'd like you to create a layout using the Simon Script font from Da Font. This is a really great font. If you want to be really creative, try filling in the little spaces in each letter. :-)

Here is my LO. I also stretched out and tried that circle edge shape on the photo. Don't know if there is a better way of doing it.. but, I made the photo and the background one layer then used the circle selection tool then hit the "mask button" (I think) and got that shape on the photo and white patterned layer. Edged things out with ribbons. Couple elements in the corners. Journal and title - done.

Here is my layout. My girls planted some seeds in a flower shaped swimming pool that they've outgrown. I hope they come up good, lol. The kittens played in it a bit before we covered it a piece of chain link fence. Anyway, here's the link...

The challenge to fill this font was a work around as the font at a large size is very fuzzy. :D Finally used two layers to make it look filled

I realized when I went to upload C15 this morning that I had not uploaded C14 the other day when I was done. My granddaughter came to help do some house cleaning, seeing I am in a wheelchair, and I forgot all about it.
