Making textured paper

Ok I'm trying to make a textured paper similar to a bazzill-like texture, but I'm just not happy with what I'm coming up with. I'm using PSE4. What settings do you all use to get this type of texture. TIA.

I use a Canvas Texture set at scaling = 100 and relief = 4

Thanks so much I like that look! Is there a way to set a certain setting as a "default"? My settings keep changing back every time.

Hmm, every time I come back to Canvas the settings are the same as I left them last.
