Pixel Praiser Team Leader Position
We are looking for a new team leader for our Pixel Praiser team. This is a paid position (US Dollars and site benefits) at Gotta Pixel and requires someone who is willing to work long term in this position.
Be a cheerleader to the team. We are looking for someone to be creative and create challenges for the team to build inspiration and motivation and to bring them together as a group. You should have a very social personality, and be willing to interact one on one with the team members and community.
Posting the layout of the day on Wordpress.
Be the main contact for the Praiser team and answering their questions.
Answering general member’s questions. The entire team does this, but there are some threads that are more dependent on a team leader/admin answer.
Keeping track of who is on leave or who is active on the site.
Participating in the general forums, cheerleading the community to participate in site activities and general threads.
Help administration to come up with site event ideas, implementing them, getting volunteers from the Praisers and designers and hosting.
There will be a 3 month (padi) probation period to make sure that the position is something that you feel you can commit long term to. You must have working knowledge of forums and galleries and be able to navigate around both easily and confidently, have an upbeat attitude and the will to find ways to motivate and inspire your team.
