Adding a link of your gallery to your signature.

Hmmm. I was reading a tut on adding a link to my gallery photos (Gotta Pixel, of coarse). I follow the steps, everything is ok except when I click the link I see an option to upload more photos. This cannot mean any one can add photos to MY gallery. Or did I do something wrong?
