Blinkies

Are we allowed to put our CT Blinkies in our signature for a designer from another site?

I have looked to see if this had be asked...didn't find it, and don't want to it if it is not allowed.

You are allowed to put a non-clickable layout team banners/blinkie in your signature. Blinkies or banners that advertise other scrapbook websites (outside of the layout team you belong to) are not allowed.
