New to this just trying to find some good backgrounds. I love the color of the board! Currently living in S. Cali but looking for a new position in KC huge difference in weather.

I do have a question!

How do you fill in the letters from PSP program?

Welcome, oursandbox!! Nice to have you here! Unfortunately, I don't use PSP but here's how you fill text with a background paper in PSE3 from the beginning:

1. Open your bg - duplicate the layer then either close the original locked bg layer or make it invisible by clicking on the eye next to it (this part is important).
2. Choose your font and type your text (which will automatically create itself on a new layer)
3. Move the TEXT layer directly BELOW the background layer
4. Click on the BG layer to activate it, choose Layer > Group with Previous from the menu across the top (or Ctrl-G)
5. You'll need to merge those 2 layers if you want to further edit the text (ie outlining, etc)
6. If you can't see your text when you get all these steps completed - make sure you don't have the locked background visible, otherwise it still blends in!

oursandbox, I've never used PSP so I have no idea if any of these steps help you out or not but hopefully somebody will find them helpful!
