Here is my LO. I am taking a class on Collages and Composites and learned how to make the background paper using filers and patterns. The bow was created with the shapes tool but I would like one more fancier than this one - which I filled with a pattern. The followed a tutorial for the ribbon and filled it with a pattern. The elements I got off of Scrapbooking-Elements a few years ago. my link:
