Color My Pixel Challenge August

Welcome to August's Color My Pixel Challenge!

The idea behind this theme is that each month I provide you with a new color swatch, and you create a layout using three or more colors from the below color swatch. This challenge is wonderful for giving you color inspiration for creating elements and papers of your own, or giving you ideas for colors to use with photos that you may have never thought of before.

My daughter and I are up for this challenge, my son too!
However I am unsure of how I get these specific colors into my program to work with? Any suggestions?

Ladies what I do is I click on the color swatches that she gave and I save them to my computer. Then when I open my program I open the swatches up and I have a fill with color thing in my program and I just click on the color of the swatch I want to use. hope that helps you!

My first color challenge and it was fun. I've been wanting to use the pocket for a while now and just needed the right picture - when I saw this one of my step-granddaughter I knew I had it. Thanks to Misty Cato for the stitching tutorial and to Linda Sattgast of "Scrapper's Guide" for the border tutorial.

This is the first color challenge I have done - I think I like it! I ended up using all of the colors except the white (maybe off-white?). What fun!
