Our first AD-spirations Challenge TODAY, Dec. 15th

Welcome everyone - I'm so excited about our very first challenge together! We will be using advertisements for our inspiration. I didn't realize how much inspiration could be drawn from ads til I actually started looking at them for this challenge. Some are really very interesting!

This challenge will last for 2 weeks, Dec 15 - 28, with a new AD-spiration starting Dec. 29th. You are welcome to post layouts for this ad-spiration anytime but if you post by Dec. 28th, you will receive this freebie:

Linda, thanks for the great ad-spiration. I was inspired by the reds and golds of the ad, and used it as a sketch for this layout:

I used the pattern of the napkin for the lower background and ribbon. I used the large photo to represent the bowl and I used two small photos "mean faces" to represent the two cans of soup. Thanks for looking :)

I followed the layout placement of the ad - the main picture, 2 smaller pictures and journaling box. This is silly, but I am really proud of the fish because I made them. LOL.
