Like Chocolate ?

Did you know that December 16th is National Chocolate Covered Anything Day ? For fun, make a LO having to do with anything chocolate !! I KNOW there are some chocolate lovers here, so this should be easy !!

Love dark chocolate. I make a cake (about once a year) that uses 4 pounds of choclate between the cake, filling, and frosting. I call it Choclate Truffle Suprise. The surpise is that I heat the cream for the truffle filling and then add coffee grounds that are almost powder, let it stand about 10 minutes and strain out the grounds. Good stuff, but you can only eat a thin little piece.

do i like chocolate? well i do, but my clothes dont, chocolate seems to put added stress on the seams. lol, I do like it, but not a big hunk of it, i like it with other things with it, like chocolate covered. Not crazy for things like kisses or a hershys bar, its to much. sorry to bore ya, but you asked!

My hubby and I went to Jungle Jim's in Cincinatti. It's an international grocery store and they had a section of edible (yet authentic!) insects. Some of which were chocolate covered. So for those of you who are adventuresome, capturing the looks on some peoples faces as you eat the bugs would definitely be scrapworthy. Or feed them to your kids if you aren't afraid someone would think you were a bad parent!

The nice thing is there was new study that said dark chocolate was actually good for you to eat. YEAH for that study!
