Uh, YEAH! I am SOOOOOO behind this year....I just don't know why. I'm usually pretty far ahead of the game. Oh, well. You know what I'll be doing tonight. hehehe

I wrapped about 30 gifts last weekend during the commercials of "Home Alone." I did it in my bedroom so no one could see what I had.
I tell you one thing that is a life saver when it comes to wrapping gifts--electric scissors! I had bought mine originally for fabric, but they kept jamming up. Then I discovered how well they work for paper--especially those big, long sheets!
Another hint: if you have a program that makes address labels, print out a sheet or two with just a picture, no address. Then you can just put them right on your package and write the name in red or green. If you leave off the bows, you can stack them easier in your closet--the bows can go on when you put them out!
I'm not done yet, either--but I've got most of it behind me. All I need is another good Christmas movie, LOL!

oh i am so glad to be done. i have a ferarri car game thing to build tomorrow night when he goes to bed and a dinosaur (roboraptor) to wrap as its below the ferarri box which is bulky so i left it with it being only one box and then its just to pull all the pressies from the cupboard in the hall and put them next to the tree he is gonna be so excited as he is 5 now and has been counting the days till the big day for a month, and driving me totally nuts  as well.
I am looking forward to it now. i will make sure camera is charged as well as i would scream if my battery run out on the day....
OH MY GOD blur kitty  you still have to shop never mind wrap them ... i hope that you don't have a lot to buy then...lol good luck i hope that your shops are not half as bad as ours as it is a nightmare in the shops at the mo. even the roads are so hectic its taking ages to get any place with tha amount of traffic about.

Speaking of traffic--I went to work today, left at the same time, drove the same route, drove the same speed. It is 12 miles to this job and it takes me 30 minutes to get there. Today, with virtually no traffic, I got there in 20 minutes.
I have three presents to wrap tonight. Guess I better get to it, eh?
