I have been so bitten by the "Fall bug" with all the great fall LOs in the gallery and GPs amazing Falling Into Autumn monthly kit and I just can't get enough FALL. Usually the leaves are at least thinking about changing colors here in Georgia by this time of year, but they are all still green, green, green. I'm ready for FALL!! So that's our topic this month. FALL - Anything about fall...a favorite fall memory, fall event...whatever good thing you associate with fall. This gives us TONS fo options! ;D
And here are the instructions if you have not yet tried this amazingly fun challenge...
I have tried to make step-by-step detailed guidelines to help you through this...it may seem like a lot, but you'll find it's a lot easier than you think once you give it a go! :smile: It’s really just a photo swap with a specific theme.
Here is what you do:
Browse through the gallery and find a LO that you really, really like. Note the name of the creator. Gallery is here: http://www.gottapixel.net/gallery/showmembers.php/cat/500 (http://www.gottapixel.net/forum/../gallery/showgallery.php/cat/581)
Send a personal message to the creator and tell her/him that you want to know her/his secret! In this message, briefly tell her/him which LO you chose and why you liked it. Ask if you can do a LO of her/him for the Pixel Pals challenge. (Now at this point, I am going to assume she/he says, "Sure! Great! Nice to meet you!" In fact, the other person can choose to "swap" for the challenge.) After the person replies with an acceptance, ask that person to send you a photo (or even a couple photos is fine) that you can scrap that coordinates with the theme. Ask them to tell you about the photo…date, story, names, relationships, etc. This photo doesn’t even have to be of that person…it could be any photo they choose. (And, of course, let’s stay decent here.) The point is to learn something about each other through all of this and have FUN.
After you have gathered all your information, scrap the LO and post it in the Pixel Pals Challenge gallery here: http://www.gottapixel.net/gallery/showgallery.php/cat/581 (http://www.gottapixel.net/forum/../gallery/showgallery.php/cat/581) . ****Be sure that the following information is either in the LO or in the description: who the photo(s) belongs to, the original LO you chose and why you liked it (providing a link would be nice). After you post your LO, PLEASE provide a link to your LO here in the challenge description to your LO. ****
You may use any of my LOST MARBLES kit or ANY kit that you wish.
