I think I will make pork chops, mashed potatoes and broccoli. My hubby said he would make cheesecake for dessert.

We're having my favorite salad. Now don't make a face when I tell you what's in it, just try it, it is SOOOOOO good!

BARB'S FAVORITE SALAD

Makes 2 servings

2 cans of green beans, drained
1 small red onion, sliced thin
as much leftover steak as you like, cut in bite-sized pieces
1/3 to 1/2 bottle of Paul Newman's Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing

Mix all together, tastes better if you can let it all set down and hold hands for a few hours. Stir a few times if you remember.

That's how I make it. If Chip makes it, he adds black olives and mushrooms. Although I've never tried it, roasted red peppers would prolly be good, too.

I just joined Weight Watchers this week so I'll be trying one of those recipes tonight - Gingered, Pineapple Pork Skewers. It sounds good enough from the recipe but we shall see. :-)
