Do you eat breakfast? If so, what do you eat?

Not usually--when I do its usually cereal.

Mixed cereals - my husband has gotten me in the habit after all these year. Wemix two or three different kinds of cold cereal. And we add some fruit on top - raisins, or bananas, or recently freeze dried strawberries.

Yup! Just about every day. It varies, but lately I've been trying to eat oatmeal at least 4x a week.

Of course! I would die without breakfast (I don't ever skip any meal... maybe that's why I need to lose 20 pounds, ha!)

I've been eating something small like a cup of yogurt lately.

As a diabetic I have learnt the importance of eating a good breakfast, also then i am less hungry the rest of the day and don't pig out at night

I make my own muesli - it consists of rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried apricots and sultanas (sometimes I substitute the last two with craisins - yum!! )

Always eat breakfast. I would prolly pass out if I went from 5a.m. to noon without eating. Gotta keep that furnace stoked!

I usually eat homemade whole grain toast with organic peanut butter and apricot or raspberry jam, on the days I work. When I stay at home, I eat Kashi Go Lean Crunch, or Silver Palate Thick and Rough Oatmeal. Oh, yes, and mostly decaf coffee, can't live without that!

Let’s see… It varies. Soft boiled eggs and a piece of toast, or oatmeal and toast, or granola and toast. On the weekends we live it up…. Fried Eggs, Hash browns and Sausage!

Mmmmmm…. Tomorrow is Saturday too!!

Oh - I love brunches. My mom is in town and we are entertaining so we get brunch on Sunday. Woo hoo! Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs with chives and tomatoes, fruit, toast, juice, maybe bacon. I'm drooling right now.

I used to hate to eat breakfast; I've never been big on it. However, I got a bowflex for Christmas and have been following the diet and exercise plan, and it requires you to eat a bagel with light cream cheese or an instant breakfast shake, or something like that. I don't like it, but I do it anyway!!

Always have breakfast, but usually when everyone else is having lunch. Since being on disability, I can't stand anything solid on my stomach first thing in the morning - this might actually be an age thing too, I'm not sure. Also, I skip lunch since I usually don't have breakfast until noon or later, and just have a good dinner.

My breakfast does vary - I can go all out for bacon or sausage, eggs, toast, or pancakes/waffles/french toast. Or I can have a bowl of cold cereal, oatmeal, farina. Or just some yogurt and fruit. Depends on my mood and whether I feel like being bothered with cooking, lol.

I don't usually eat breakfast. When I do, it's usually cold cereal or oatmeal. It's funny though, because "breakfast food" is my favorite for dinner!

I've learned not to skip meals. I tend to eat less in the winter and want heavier things than in summer. I have a recipe for healty coffee cake that is very low on sugar and fats and full of good stuff like whole wheat, oats, shreded apple, cranberries, and hazelnuts that I keep in the freezer.

I'm guilty of totally missing out the most important meal of the day :( My mornings are always rushed but hopefully they will settle down better soon as the whole household is going on a routine and health kick :P

Yes I do. I used to skip it sometimes during the mornings when I had to rush for the bus to school, but now I work, I make time for breakkie.

I usually eat Vegemite on toast with a glass of apple juice, or peanut butter on toast with juice.

Or i'll have Kellogg's Komplete! YUM!

Normally I don't eat breakfast, but today I had a piece of toast with some homemade cheese (the kind that is mad with cottage cheese).
I don't eat breakfast unless I'm up before 6.

I try too as I know its the most important meal of the day...but I usually find Im not that hungry when I wake up. I read somewhere you are supposed to have something to eat within 20mins of waking up..will boost your metabolism and keep you full throughout the day making it easier to lose weight.

I usually have either, cereal, toast or oatmeal/porridge

Yes, coffee and bread. My favorite bread is what we call "putok" here in the Philippines. It's just a typical soft bread but tasty :-) yum yum

I don't normally eat breakfast. But they say it's the most important meal of the day, so maybe that's why I haven't been feeling so good lately...

But on Saturdays, I am ALWAYS in the mood for German Pancakes! yum! :)
