Well, here we are in our 6th Fun Funky Puzzle, and more and more are playing every week! I’m so proud of you all!
Please see the sticky for the basic information: http://www.gottapixel.net/forum/showthread.php?t=6184 (http://www.gottapixel.net/forum/showthread.php?t=6184)
Remember if you figure it out, send me a Private Message with your answer. Do not reveal the answer in this thread as that will end the game for the week. Everyone who gets the right answer and sends it to me between now and Friday night (11-10-06) will get these Fun Funky Numbers and their name in the drawing for Gotta Pixel’s big prizes:

Clues:
It is a four-digit whole number.
It is divisible by 4. (see hint below)
The hundreds digit is the smallest.
It is greater than 7000.
It is divisible by 9. (see hint below)
Each of its digits is different.
Its ones digit is twice its tens digit.
There is no zero.
It is an even number.
This is the largest answer we’ve had so far.
Hints:
You can tell if a number is divisible by 4 if the last two digits makes a number that is divisible by 4. For example, 35,624 is divisible by 4 because 24 is divisible by 4.
You can tell if a number is divisible by 9 if you add up its digits. If that number is divisible by 9, the original number is as well.
Try writing 3 lines on your paper and putting possible numbers under each. Mark out numbers as you go ‘til you get the answer. Check this out to see what I mean: http://www.gottapixel.net/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/24614/cat/500/ppuser/5668 (http://www.gottapixel.net/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/24614/cat/500/ppuser/5668)
I sure hope all of you continue to play. I love getting those PMs and bragging about you in this thread. You even get your name in the hat for the big prizes!
If you haven’t played before, now’s a good time to try this. The November numbers would look great for dates or someone’s age on a LO. lLet’s see how active we can make this thread! The puzzles are great, but it's YOU, the players, who make it work! I want to give these Fun Funky Numbers away!
Oh, if you do use the Fun Funky Numbers in a LO, please post it in our gallery and put a link back here. We'd all love to see what you're making, and we don't want to miss a layout!
Have a Funky Good Time with this puzzle!
