It is a three-digit whole number.

The only factor that it has in common with 12 is 1.

It has only one odd digit.

It is less than 400.

It is divisible by 11.

It is not divisible by 5.

It is not divisible by 3.

The product of two of its digits is 0.

The difference between two of its digits is 7.

Its ones digit is 9.

If I remember my math correctly, "product" means "multiply", which means something equal to or greater than one. Am I wrong on this?

Yes, Lizzerd. Product is the answer when you multiply. So if you need the product of 0, one of the digits has to be a certain number.
That's not what the clue sez!! ("the product is zero")

If this helps anyone....a product is just the result of any numbers multiplied and can be any number. You can multiply something by zero, but not divide by zero. If you still need help on this do a google on multiplication property of zero (this is what I found http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero-product_property) ...it may help better than I can. :-D
