Hi....
I have looked all over, and can't find a place to post this question. I hope this is ok to post here.

I just was wondering if someone could tell me what sizes to use for creating elements?

I would think 12 x 12 for creating paper....then, would it be 200 or 300 pixels?

For other elements, does the size matter as long as I use 200 or 300 pixels?

Is there a special tip I should know about size when creating my own elements?

Any help here would be SO appreciated.
I've started making some stuff, and am looking forward to eventually adding to the mega kit, but I just want to make sure I am getting my sizes right.

THANKS!

Lynne

I have made a lot of stuff, some shared at scrapbook bytes and I sold some in a members area at venting out graphics for a while. Everything I made, I made it at 300 ppi. My kit papers were usually 8x8 though because they were easier on my computer, lol. Other elements I don't think I had a certain size but I made sure they were 300 ppi so they would print well for people that wanted to print their layouts with them. Hope this helps :)

Most digi papers are done at 12X 12, 300 dpi. For elements, well just think of what size the are IRL and make them to scale. So a roung tag would be appr. 2 X 2 at 300 dpi, a ribbon would be 12 X .5 or 1, etc.
