Newbie too

Hi!

My name is Heidi and I've just caught the digi-scrapping bug. I just turned 32 and have been with dh for about 6 years but we're only going on our 2nd anniversary. We have two boys, 6 & 2, and I've just been blessed with my first nephew (on my side of the family anyway) on Feb 2. I have a lot of back-scrapping to do. I've been a paper scrapper for about 5 years.

I use Photoshop and would love to try my hand at making my own papers and elements and eventually share them with others. Any advice on that would be appreciated.

Hi Heidi and welcome to Gotta Pixel :) the digi-scrapping bug is a fabulous one to catch with only fun side effects! ;D

Start of making layouts and getting to know how elements work, and what ones look fabulous, then once you are comfortable there are some great tutorials here and more coming up - check them out :)

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I posted two new layouts today in my gallery. I always fing myself trying to do layouts that would look good printed out.
