Age - Children Under 13
Users are required by law to be 13 years or older to use our message board (in turn the gallery and elements for download). If you enter your birthday information without the year included - your message board registration will go unconfirmed until the site administrator requests verification of your age (ie: year of birth). The information collected for verification (ie: year of birth) is not added to your profile and is kept entirely confidential. The information disclosed to us is merely checked and deleted from our email. At that time a user is sent their confirmation. Gotta Pixel is not responsible for any individual who does not comply with this term and/or who portrays a person above 13 years of age in order to access the site.

responsible for any layouts or content uploaded to our gallery. Any
disputes with regards to content in the gallery are to be addressed and
kept between the parties involved via phone, mail, or email.
