Wow, all this chatter and I have been AWOL. Hope everyone had a great Easter. We had a nice dinner with my Mom and Sis, pooped out on the recliner for a little while, and then ate some more (dessert). We all bring something so Mom does not have to cook everything. I brought fresh green beans with bacon and a to die for sweet potato casserole. Soooo good! Hope I was not the only one pigging out.

mmmm sweet potato casserole!! Sounds like fun. Well, I didn't have a traditional Easter dinner but did my share of pigging out. We had shrimp scampi, pan fried cod, crab cakes and garlic bread. Then my sister and brother in law came back from their Easter dinner at his family's house with dessert! Yummy!

And the glorious reason for the holiday was never far from my mind. He is Risen!
