Journaling: It is hard to believe that the house my sister and I grew up in is over 50 years old now. A "story & a half," my father finished the upstairs by himself into a bedroom and 3/4 bath for the two of us. We also had an in-ground swimming pool in the back. OUr elementary school was about four houses away, and our high school was also within walking distance. New owners have added the pretty bay window and the ugly chain link fence."
