My first trip out of the house with my wig on today. I had to visit the Radiologist and do some shopping and as I had my hair clipped very short yesterday, couldn’t stand it floating out strand by strand anymore, on went the wig. Don’t think anyone was staring, but who knows, maybe my blue eyes attracted them. They seem to be very blue at the moment. The man that served me when I went to get a refund for the bills I had paid, didn’t recognise me 3 weeks ago, walk in with wig on and he says where do I know you from - we used to work for the same company. That was a boost to my confidence, and it hadn’t fallen off etiher. Eyebrows haven’t gone yet, and they so need thinning out!!!!!. I am attending a Look good-feel well class in two weeks to learn about applying eyebrow pencil, wigs and scarves. I haven’t been this pampered for years.
Now, wouldn’t you think I could crave something nice, like chocolate, you know, some comfort food!. Not me I am craving fresh fruit and salads. Although a nice cup of coffee in the morning and tea through the day is hitting the right spot. The cakes will just have to wait, but hey! I must be loosing some
weight as I’’m not snacking between meals. But, I am drinking gallons and gallons of Lemonade, the only thing that helps quench my thirst.
