In 1990 my husband quit his retail job in St. George, Utah and lived out of our van in Las Vegas and worked at Excalibur selling Mopkins. He got good at being a “puppeteer”. He could be very funny and “convince” you to keep watching the Mopkin and not him. We could only afford one Mopkin and “Smiley” came to live with us. Smiley comes out every now and then and this was our grandson’s first look at him. He was fascinated and then he wanted to get in the act! These puppets are not scary and very fun to animate!
