Journaling: Anyu loved flowers. She had an elaborate garden and liked to visit public gardens, too. Since Brooklyn was very small, she's been drawn to flowers in a way that her parents are not. We just figure, and are comforted by the thought that she inherited her love of flowers from her grandmother. These photos were taken in 1997 during her visit to her birthplace, Buk, Hungary.

Oh what fantastic pictures to have, and how neat to see a love like this carried on through the genes! I'm so glad you made a page like this complete with picture, so Brooklyn will always know "why" and feel comfortable with her love of flowers and nature! I really like your design Bekky with the gorgeous border and how you decorated around the pictures! Just a super page!
