      This is my first time using an extracted photo in a layout, and I am not sure how I feel about it myself, so I am completely open to all opinions. I made it for the week two GP Birthday Challenge, but forgot to upload it on time. . . oh well.

      Great job combining blending/extraction! Especially for a first time!
      The thing 'off' to me, is the water puddle. The original water that you blended so nicely has a direction, (a bit from top right, to bottom left). So a pattern following that, would be better for the view, in my opinion. Or you could 'skew' the current pattern, so it follows that line. And I agree on adding some shadows.
      Other than that, it looks like a great fun page!
