She truly could draw all day every day if we let her. She loves to draw. Sometimes she says it feels like
she HAS to draw what she's thinking of. She's talented, too. Her drawings have always been more
advanced than her age. In this photo, we're at a restaurant and she's drawing at the table waiting
for our food. Once, in preschool, her teacher did an experiment. Brooklyn was allowed to do anything
she wanted for an entire month (rather than choose a Montessori activity). She chose drawing.
For that month. I believe that's the makings of a true artist.
