Did this one for Mye's Cluster Your Heart Out Challenge

This was our second annual Franklinville family picnic. Last year was the first time everyone was invited out to the property for a cookout and Mom enjoyed it so much that she really wanted to make it an annual event. Since Mom is no longer with us, Dad decided to open it up to more of the family and close friends than just us. It was smart because I'm sure it would be really rough on all of us just thinking about the empty void that she left. I'm sure she was looking down and laughing at us a little too. We took for granted that she did most of the planning and when I got out there to no chairs for our guests, no table for food, no bowls for snacks...it made me laugh and think of her. We won't be this unprepared next year, I have a really good list started.
