Here is a family favourite! Lollie Cake

Ingredients:
500g Malt Biscuits (2 Packets)
1 Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
230g Butter
360g fruit puffs or Eskimos (not quite a 'gummy' candy) (2 Packets)
Coconut or chocolate Hail

Instructions:
Crush the biscuits and cut the lollies into pieces and place in a bowl In a saucepan, place the butter and the condensed milk and over a low heat stirring all the time until the butter has melted Allow butter mixture to cool for a few minutes and then add to the biscuits and the lollies.
Stir until well combined.
On the bench lay out a decent size piece of cling film/glad wrap. Spoon the lolly cake onto the Clingfilm and wrap. Then roll into a log, truffles or just flatten into a tray, at this point I put it into the fridge for a couple of hours then I unwrap it and sprinkle in coconut or chocolate hail, rewrap and return to fridge for about 3 hour. Serve
