Created for the "Stepping Through September Progressive Challenge".

This is my interpretation of Week 3 :
Add 1 frame or mat around each photo on your layout. (frames created with kit paper, bevel added) Add a ribbon or a bow somewhere on the layout. (I added both as a tied ribbon and re-coloured) Add a clip to the layout (it's on the ribbon) and finally, add 4 other elements of your choice. (2 rings and 2 flowers added).
