My enrty for this month - one of our favourites (since our other one has already been done - French Toast )

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
25 grams melted butter
1 1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Method: Sieve dry ingredients, add egg and little milk to the dry ingredients, add rest of milk and melted butter, mix well.
Melt a little butter in the same pans and use a handy towel to take excess out, wipe paper after each
pancake. I make this in a food processor - takes half the time.
Cooks always get the first one as it usually sticks.
