Ella's 2nd Angel Day_1

It was my beautiful angel's 2nd birthday on Monday. DH and I had a wonderful day celebrating her short life with us. Here is a double page I made to celebrate the day. The journaling reads:

"Today we celebrated your 2nd Angel Day. I can’t believe it has been 2 years already,
since we said goodbye. Your Daddy & I took today off so we could spend the day remembering and celebrating your short but beautiful life with us. The rose bush that Lisa & Graeme gave us in your memory is now covered in beautiful pink roses. So we were able to make a beautiful posie with the diamond frost that Mum & Dad gave us and take them down to your grave site."

Oh Louise, I'm so glad that you and Mick were able to spend the day together celebrating Ella. This photo makes me so sad though, but I am thankful for the joy Ella brought you two during her brief life. {{{HUGS my friend}}}

this is so beautiful and I, too, am moved to tears. Thank you for sharing your personal journaling with is. It is so difficult to find the right words to say. I just wanted you to know your beautiful page was noticed. I have never heard of the words "Angel Day" before. I think that is such a beautiful way to remember those who we have loved and lost.
