My kids begged me all day to get out in the snow. I have to admit I wasn't prepared as a mom for snow yet. One kid still had no gloves. So he wore socks on his hands. After snapping the amazing fun adventures of the first snow of the season, I remembered the awesome kit that Sara recently created that would be perfect for the pix. As I scraped them I remembered just how much fun it is to be a child and how no matter how cold it is we would find a way to make the fresh white coating of snow fun!!! And then come in and almost cry because we somehow forgot to notice how cold we were until we stepped inside the warm house. My son experienced this as he wore the socks on his hands. I met him at the door, only to find his hands pink and his eyes watering! But still wanting to go right back out once dry and warm again! You've got to love childhood! Thanks for looking.
