I'll have to bake you my version (recipe from Nigella Lawson). Yumm. I used to be known as the pavlova queen- I've never, ever had one fail! Yum. Now I want pavlova.

Is pavlova like a meringue? I've never had one before, but it sounds similar - egg whites and sugar. I'm glad you've found a sweet treat that you can enjoy for your birthday!
