Okay, I gave it a whirl. Michael now has BIG green eyes--give it a try yourself--you may have a better "touch" than I do.

Here it is--and how'd I do it? use the clone stamp tool, located in the toolbox. Alt-click on the area you want to have the messed up area to be corrected to. Use a little brush--2-10 px on this photo. then click on the area you want to be corrected--once, and to make it look more realistic, Alt-click frequently. Does that make sense?
