That is really awesome journaling. It should be required reading for all parents....something to really ponder. Thanks for sharing! Oh....and great job on the challenge, too!
Wow this challange has really brought out some powerful journaling. Brenda this is a wonderful page and a reminder to us all that we need to charish those who love us and let them know that we love them. Great job ripping his photo.
Wow, Brenda, what thought provoking journaling. It is a sad that your' father doesnt know what are a caring person that you have become but you are so lucky to have found your husband who treats you the way you should.
Wow, Brenda - your journaling is very powerful. I really like that you have shared you heart on this LO. Super tear/rip on the photo. Thank you so much for sharing your marvelous 'race' LO with us.
If the challenges were designed to make us better at scrapbooking moments in our lives, focusing on our story to share, then you have encouraged us all to push harder and make it mean all that much more! Love your layout.........
This man her father is my ex husband. I wish that he would see this. He has missed out on a lot of years with his kids. Brian her brother was 11 and Brenda 9 when we divorced. I remarried and when this husband married me my son was almost 12 1/2 and Brenda 10. This husband has been in their lives almost 3 times more then their father. And all of them only really know my second husband as their grandpa. My ex has only seen Brenda and her brother a handful if even that times in the last 27 years. How sad. I had the priviledge to see them grow up and love them both dearly. This husband took on another mans children and so did her husband. I guess some men were never meant to be fathers.
