It was my beautiful boy's 1st Angel Day yesterday. One whole year has gone by since James grew wings and left us. It still feels like yesterday in some ways. I saw a layout similar to this earlier in the year and I knew I had to try and create it for James so I saved it away hoping to be able to create my own.

It took 11 months for me to be ready to do it. I couldn't have done it without the help of my wonderful SIL Sam who helped me work out how to create the sling and for her support and strength in keeping me going. Also to my beautiful niece who helped us recreate the sling. She was a wonderful helper. To Randi Oh, I'm not sure I could have done this without you. Your advice of different techniques, providing me with the beautiful background paper, leaves and glitter and for providing me with amazing strength to complete this page in time for Christmas. I printed these out and framed it for each of our parents to unwrap on Christmas morning. It was a lovely moment in my memories of James. Thankyou for letting me share this page with you
